The suns out !

Helloooooooo.
Thought i would write something regarding the sun out today, fri 5 feb.
Isnt it just simply, beautiful. Really sunny today, sun proudly showing of his rays , indeed.
Was just talking to a customer about it, in that what a difference the weather can affect us. Especially sunny warm weather. Although all seasons are, can be grand, theres def something about the sun, powerful, potent if you like on its affects. from waking up to its glory, looking out of a window, driving in it, walking in it, out and about, we do more like go out in the garden, to the park, day trips etc. very energising, every one becomes more alive, positive, doers. proactive, and in a state of consciousness of being buzzy, yet still within. Really something , as simple as the sun out?
Well yes, its true, external influences can and do affect us. like when its rainy, grey, cloudy, cold, doom and gloom, most of us become too like this. Miserable weather,miserable looking outside, most feel miserable inside.. Though spiritual teaching, great words of wisdom tell us that what we think, feel we become, so infact even on miserable day- gloomy- the right words, feelings, affirmations, positive inner words , visualisations etc will reverse the gloominess, or should prevent the negativity creating.
For most on their every day mudane life walk, this is not the case. Even knowledgable spiritual walking people. sometimes it is easier said than done. Its like an automatic kick in to see than react literally. As the subconscious is a very powerful tool. Especially for sensitive, or psychic people such as people, events, places, circumstances [ like weather] would most prob affect them. Maybe worse than an every day mundane life walker. But is also makes these highly sensitive souls react more when the sun come out, bit like a three year old on redbull, lol.
Point is, every one likes, feels better when the sun comes out. Very psycological and science based fact too, as the sun releases radiates certain vitamins, rays in to our skin and cells, absorbing giving sense of good feeling. And day light, sun including has been reported to give benefits also, such is the case that in winter times, some people suffer from SAD the light disorder[ not enough light] .
soooooooooooooooo, my little rambling on the sun being out today. I cant wait for spring then summer to come, really cant wait. Looking forward to it. what about you? do you give it much thought, if not have a think, how the weather affects you , and other things in life. Externally, then internally. Maybe to now try and not let it effect you, or as much, by positive affirmation, visualising, possibly meditate, or simply take a few deep breaths of positive calming light in through the nostrils and out exhaling through the mouth.
In the mean while, enjoy the sun every one !!!!!
